The intention of the design studio is to take each part of a building serious, and consider each part as being the ground of a city. Every building consists out of many parts. Each part is connected with each other to form a whole. By reassembling the parts of a building to a new whole, the whole turns into a strange city.

About Me

Laurent Thill: is currently a student of architecture, as well as history of arts at the University of Innsbruck. Furthermore he is working as a student assistant at the Insitute of experimental architecture ./studio3 led by Volker Giencke. He gained practical experience at offices like MNA (L) and Volker Giencke (A). Beside he is a member of the Innsbruck based collective "Atelier alsRaumstück".
